Robert Andrew Champoux, LLB, BA
Barrister and Solicitor
Robert Andrew Champoux has been engaged in the practice of Canadian Immigration Law since 2001. He obtained a law degree from the University of British Columbia in 2000 and was called to the bar of British Columbia in 2002. Prior to beginning work as a Canadian immigration lawyer, Mr. Champoux worked for the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada as a researcher and refugee claims officer.
Mr. Champoux has extensive experience with business, family and skilled worker applications. He also has extensive experience before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada with immigration appeals, convention refugee claims, detention reviews and admissibility hearings.
Mr. Champoux helps those who wish to enter Canada temporarily to visit, work, study or do business including inter-company transferees, business visitors and professionals. He also helps those who wish to enter Canada permanently including family members, skilled workers, investors, employees, entrepreneurs, students, live-in caretakers and others.
Mr. Champoux is a past executive of the Canadian Bar Association of BC Immigration Section as well as the Canadian Bar Association of BC Consultative Committee for the Immigration and Refugee Board Appeal Division and currently sits on the Canadian Bar Association of BC Consultative Committee for the British Columbia Provincial Nomination Program. He has been a featured speaker at the Canadian Bar Association of BC Annual Immigration Conference and has published papers for both the Canadian Bar Association of BC and Ontario Bar Association. Mr. Champoux has also been a teaching assistant for the University of British Columbia Canadian Immigration Law Practioners Program.

Ha Nguyen has a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Ho Chi Minh City as well as a Masters of Law degree from Erasmus University in the Netherlands. She is fluent in Vietnamese and English. Walaiporn Laoha, LLB, CGA

Walaiporn
(Chaisiriut) Laoha obtained her law degree from Chulalongkorn
University Bangkok Thailand and worked at Bangkok Bank’s head office.
Since 1988, Walaiporn and her family have been living in Vancouver,
Canada where she obtained her CGA designation in 1995. Walaiporn completed the Canadian Immigration Consultant
Program,
University of British Columbia in 2006. Walaiporn is
currently the President of the Thai Association of BC (TABC).
She is also the President of Society of Translators and

Jesus Kimura, BA

Jesus Kimura was born from in Mexico City of Japanese parents. He is fluent in Spanish and English. Jesus received a Bachelor Degree from the Autonomous University of Mexico in 1986 and a Post-Graduate Degree from Latin American University in 1991.
